RECENT Releases
The Jane Bom-Bane Songbook
A new double album's worth of Jane's songs is downloadable from Bandcamp and comes with a limited edition book of lyrics and photos. The first half of the album comprises songs that accompany her legendary mechanical hats, and the latter half features old recordings going back to her time as a Two-Tone artist, some revisitations, and some new songs with arrangements and production by yours truly. It's on Bandcamp here
Billy Bragg
The vinyl is now out of Billy's great new album 'The Million Things that Never Happened'. I'm playing fiddle on 'Freedom Doesn't Come for Free' and 5 string violin on the title track.
Available from many places of course, including here
Rosi Lalor
Rosi Lalor's beautiful new songs are featured on 'Strange Little Smile' which she kindly asked me to produce for her last year. It is available on Bandcamp here
Friends in Comedy:
Stewart Lee
Recored in York last year, Stewart's fabulous 'Snowflake' is available to watch again here
Single B-side with Stewart Lee
Recorded 10 years ago in the attic of Bom-Bane’s Cafe in Brighton is Stewart Lee’s tribute to The Nightingales ‘Use Your Loaf’ which I recorded, mixed and played viola on. It’s a real 45rpm vinyl record:

Boothby Graffoe
Hartlepool’ and ‘TFAYCD’
Two brilliant songs by Boothby Graffoe with whom I had many enjoyable touring escapades. I’m playing fiddle and banjos on these tracks and joined by Kate Daisy Grant on ‘Hartlepool'
